Since 2011 innovative technological and application developments in microsystem technologies have been presented at the microsys berlin. Microsys 2012 will be taking place from March 19-21, 2012 at the Berlin fairground. For the first time the congress and the concurrent exhibition will be held in combination with the Laser Optics Berlin Congress.

Fraunhofer IZM will be presenting its entire spectrum from the realm of optical and microsystem technologies.
