Fraunhofer IZM is present at SEMIs “European 3D TSV Summit 2015”. The event takes place from Jan 19-21, 2015 in Grenoble. Together with the Fraunhofer Institutes IKTS-MD, IIS/EAS and ENAS, Fraunhofer IZM presents its latest technologies and exhibits in the field of 3D integration  on the joint Fraunhofer booth. All of these four institutes are also members of the Fraunhofer Cluster 3D Integration.
