The Electronic Components and Technology Conference (ECTC) is one of the leading international events in the area of packaging, components, and microelectronic systems technology. The 62nd ECTC will be held at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina, San Diego, California, USA from May 29 - June 1, 2012. This year’s conference will have 39 technical sessions, 16 professional development courses, a panel discussion, a plenary session, and a CPMT Seminar.
