Fraunhofer IZM is exhibiting at EFX in Stuttgart
Three intensive days at EFX in Stuttgart offer valuable insights into modern and future electronics manufacturing. Topics include smart manufacturing, artificial intelligence, data analysis, advanced packaging and miniaturization, supply chain resilience, prototype development, automated manufacturing processes, and regional production capacities. EFX offers networking opportunities, specialized events, and presentations by companies and product suppliers. The event is designed for developers, procurement managers, production managers, technical decision-makers, and machine operators, offering valuable insights into the future of electronics manufacturing.
As part of the official program, Fraunhofer IZM Institute Director Prof. Ulrike Ganesh and manufacturing expert Ulf Oestermann will provide tips on the wide-ranging possibilities of the APECS pilot line. The initiative is coordinated by the German Microelectronics Research Factory (FMD). Colleagues from FMD (9D60) and Fraunhofer IZM (9D62) will be available at the stand for in-depth discussions.
