On June 26, 2025, Fraunhofer IZM-ASSID welcomed CEA-Leti CEO Sébastien Dauvė to a high-level exchange at its Moritzburg site. The visit provided an excellent opportunity to further deepen scientific cooperation between the two institutions and develop joint strategic perspectives. The meeting focused on the strategic work streams of FAMES, Leti's FD-SOI pilot line within the framework of the European Chips Act. During a tour of the clean rooms and laboratories, Sébastien Dauvė gained a comprehensive insight into ASSID's technological expertise, particularly in the areas of wafer-level system integration and advanced packaging. The visit provided important impetus for further cooperation and marks another milestone in the successful partnership between Leti and Fraunhofer IZM-ASSID.
