Philipp Wachholz presents a poster at the MNE Conference 2021 in Turin
The 47th MNE Conference 2021, the flagship event of the international Micro and Nano Engineering society (iMNEs), will be taking place as a hybrid event in Turin, Italy, from September 20-23, 2021.
On Tuesday, September 21, Fraunhofer IZM’s Philipp Wachholz will present his findings on “PD51-Picoliter dispensing technology for micro-optical components and photonic packaging using highly viscous liquid polymers” in the poster session dedicated to “Nanofabrication and Manufacturing for Functional Structures/Surfaces”.
The key topics of the conference are micro/nanofabrication and manufacturing techniques, as well as the application of micro/nanostructures, devices and microsystems into electronics, photonics, energy, environment, chemistry, and life sciences.
