Darts Radar Workshop

As part of our CORNET research project, "DARTS: Design of Advanced Radar Technologies," the workshop "AI-Powered mmWave Radar: From Raw Signals to Insights" will take place on March 20, 2026. The DARTS project explores new methods for designing, integrating, and evaluating indoor radar systems, particularly for applications in logistics and medicine.

This workshop will provide insight into essential signal processing elements for mmWave radar systems and demonstrate how deep learning can extract meaningful information from raw data. Topics include time-Doppler and range-Doppler data, 3D radar cubes and point clouds, and edge AI techniques. The program includes hands-on notebooks and a live demonstration.

The workshop will be held in a hybrid format. You can participate on-site at our project partner KU Leuven's Rabot Campus in Ghent, Belgium, or online.
